Teenage girls I know can’t wait until the official, licensed New Moon bedding set appears on the shelves of the bed and bath stores. For some of them that are anxiously awaiting this arrival (if one is even in the works, has anybody heard?) it will be a second chance to decorate their bedrooms with comforters and decorations either with pictures of their favorite vampire lovers, Edward Cullen and Bella or bedding and décor inspired by the movie.
I wonder if the producers and marketing team of the movie after seeing what a smash hit Bella’s purple comforter set was with teenage girls will pull a similar marketing ploy. Will we see them discreetly implying that Bella had a bedroom makeover between films and give teens a peek at her New Moon bedding set? Or will the release of the movie just increase the hunt for Bella’s bedding from Twilight?
